All of our group runs are led by a qualified England Athletics Coach with a qualified Run Leader and Assistant Run Leaders. Which means you’ll never be left to run alone, you’ll be insured and you’ll be getting the best advice to reach your goals, whatever they may be.

SheCan…Run in Kettering

All sessions meet on a Monday and Wednesday (unless otherwise stated). Times  and locations may vary, these will be  advised when you sign up.
1. Beginners course – £45
Next Course begins on 10th January 2022. Sessions meet up twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evening.

  • 8 week course suitable for the complete beginner.

Please note:
A base level of fitness is required to help prevent injury. Remember – Running is a high impact sport which will affect your muscles, joints and ligaments – we strongly suggest that you are comfortably able to walk 2 miles within 30 minutes before beginning the course.

2. 4 week Group Running Course, 5k+ – £21
4 week block , suitable for anyone who can comfortably cover at least 5k.
Sessions meet up twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evening, time varies between 7.30pm and 8pm.

    • 4 week blocks run continuously – January 10th 2022

3. 4 week Run/Walk Course – £21
      • Suitable for those who are currently running less than 5k
      • Also for those running/walking 5k
      • Or, for those who just prefer to walk/run/walk! (However you do it!)
      • Starting from January 10th 2022

Please note:
        • We run for fun and not speed and with this in mind our pace ranges from approximately 10:30 min miles to 11:30 min miles in our group runs. Sessions will range from speed/hill work (allowing you to run at your own pace) to working on increasing distances (group runs).
